Coming soon - Wireless LCD TV

Wireless LCD TV
In its first venture into wireless consumer electronics, LG has released a wireless LCD TV in the US. The LG 15LW1R is a 1024x768 pixel display containing a rechargeable battery, which uses 802.11g wireless technology to connect to a TV signal transmitter basestation. The display has a 30m range from the basestation, giving you a truly portable TV solution. The display can also function as a wireless computer monitor, allowing you to view your jpgs and mpegs anywhere in the house.

We're not currently aware when similar products will be launched in the UK, but expect to see them before too long.
